I have a major need for login templates for my clients.
Currently the login lets you save just one message.
Clients have Open Enrollment, New Hires, Promoted Employees, Qualifying Event Changes, Announcements, and ACA eligibility changes throughout the year and it is cumbersome to have to write these for each login or message that needs to be sent to the employees that is not the originally saved template.
It would be very helpful if we could label a template and then add the sender; subject; and message and save. From there when we select an employee and send login, we could choose from the dropdown which template we want to send.
Example: Employee is promoted. I select the employee > Send Login > and select the promoted employee template I created.
