Signed Forms Accessible by the Employee in their Document Folder after completing enrollment

Allowing the employees to see their signed forms thru their employee log in after open/new hire enrollment has been closed.


Saves employer admins from having to print and send those forms when employees make a request.

The employee can see the forms by clicking on Manage Benefits and then sign forms again, but I will log this request to have the employee have access to the signed forms within his Documents folder as that may be more intuitive.

I also noticed that an HR admin can generate new forms using the employee's existing signature in the employee's portal.  This seems really really bad to me. If an admin changes something, they should not be able to click the Forms link to see the new info displayed on the form that the ee has already signed!

Couldn't agree more!  That is a bad option to give an admin!
