This feature allows you to create and save an email message that is delivered to anyone listed in a Not Started or In Progress status. 


  • Employees can be emailed as many times as needed to complete enrollment.

1.    From Benefits > Progress, click Actions.

2.    Choose Message Employees


3.    Select/Deselect Status to receive message. 
4.    In FROM, enter the company administrator's email address. 
5.    Customize email message.
  • Leave the items in brackets [ ] as this information is merged into each message. 

6.    If you wish to keep customized email, click Save Email.

  • Otherwise, default will be restored for future use.    

7.    Click Send.
