Company administrator access to the industry-leading HR Support Center can be enabled in the EaseCentral Marketplace. To start, click ENABLE in your agency portal > Marketplace page. You will be contacted to start the verification process which will include a demo and training overview of HRAnswerLink powered by Mammoth. The full verification process can take 7-14 days.
The below steps will be completed before the agency HRAnswerLink powered by Mammoth portal is fully activated:
- Attend a demo and introduction of HRAnswerLink powered by Mammoth's features and services
- Sign terms agreement
- Provide logo
- Preview how to manage employer portals
Pro Subscribers - $79 per HR Support Center, per month Includes: EaseCentral branded HR Support Center, no administrative capabilities and first 50 HR Support Center accounts.
Agency Subscribers - $149 per HR Support Center, per month Includes: Full Professional package, site branding and configuration, administrative training, and first 200 HR Support Center accounts.
Enterprise Subscribers - $249 per HR Support Center, per month Includes: Full Professional package, site branding and configuration, administrative training, and first 10 seats on EaseCentral platform, and first 400 HR Support Center accounts. Each additional EaseCentral seat is $9/month (comes with 40 additional HR Support Center accounts).
Once Access is verified on the agency portal, HRAnswerLink powered by Mammoth can be activated for employers in EaseCentral by clicking Enable in the company's Marketplace page.
HRAnswerLink can also be enabled for multiple employers at once on the agency portal's Marketplace page by selecting Companies and then selecting Enable next to each company for which HRAnswerLink should be enabled.
Company Administrators can then access the HR Support Center by selecting HR Portal in the menu under his/her name at the top, right section of the company's EaseCentral site. Only the Company Administrator will see the HR Portal option with their login access. The Company Administrator will not need to provide an additional username or password in order to access their HRAnswerLink powered by Mammoth portal through EaseCentral.
Additionally, the Mammoth HR On-Demand Pro Package allows employers to ask the HRAnswerLink powered by Mammoth HR Professional unlimited HR-related questions online or over the phone. HR Pros will even create or customize HR forms, documents, letters, and tools for the employer's business. HRAnswerLink's Pros earned a 4.8 out of 5 customer satisfaction rating five years running. The optional Mammoth On-Demand feature is available for $19 per employer per month and can be enabled on the company portal after HRAnswerLink powered by Mammoth is activated for that company. Company Administrators can enable Mammoth HR On-Demand for $29 PEPM in their Marketplace if the agency is not paying for the feature.
