EaseCentral can be translated into Spanish for the employee experience.  There are two ways to enable translation:

1. The employee can click Espanol on the login page:

2. The employee can click on their name in the top right corner and click Espanol.

If languages other than Spanish are needed, EaseCentral includes the ability to provide instructions in other languages.

  • Go to translate.google.com
  • Enter text to translate
  • Choose language

For plan details and instructions, copy and paste the translation in the fields in the Instructions section under Customize. For Previous & Current Coverage, General Enrollment, or general plan instructions copy and paste the translation into the appropriate sections under Instructions.

Translated text can also be entered into each plan in Forms > INSTRUCTIONS.
