Agencies new to EaseCentral start by scheduling a kick off call designed to customize a program that combines self learning with one-on-one instruction to successfully deploy EaseCentral to your book of business. The EaseCentral training program covers the implementation of EaseCentral for an employer group. Agencies should be prepared with client information so the training topics can be applied to the set up of one of your employer's EaseCentral portals. Reference the Implementation Checklist for data that should be collected for the employer group prior to training.
Prior to the kick off call, each user should review the Welcome to EaseCentral video and complete each step discussed.
This session is primarily targeted for the main administrator of the agency portal. The EaseCentral Customer Success Manager will walk through the training program details and process. Together, they will uncover goals for utilization, set project timelines, discuss portal homework and schedule follow up sessions for the larger team.
Users have multiple options for self learning: (1) The EaseCentral Training Series below is comprised of short video tutorials designed to take users through each of the pertinent steps from setting up their portal to onboarding employees within a group.
