Once employees have completed their elections, they will have the opportunity to review and sign their forms. The forms and signature box will pop up once the employee has provided all required demographic and enrollment data. It is recommended that the employee scroll through the forms and review before signing.
Once complete, they can sign their name in the signature box using their mouse. The signature will be applied to all forms. Click "Continue"
The next screen will display the employee's benefit summary. Click "Next" to proceed or click "Print" to print the Benefits Summary.
The final screen will display a message letting the employee know they have completed their enrollments. Click "Finish" to return to the Dashboard.
