Previous > Creating a Survey

An employee will receive an email asking them to log into EaseCentral and complete the survey once the survey is sent by the company administrator. 

Once the employee logs in they will see an alert in the Surveys icon in their dashboard. 

The employee clicks on the Surveys icon to begin and then Start next to any incomplete surveys to begin. 

All survey questions will display. When employees have finished answering each question they will click Submit at the bottom of the page. If any questions were selected as required on the Surveys > Add Questions page, the employee will be required to answer each question before they can submit their responses. 

When employees submit responses, they will have up to the due date entered in the Surveys > Review and Finalize page.
