EaseCentral and Colonial Life partner to make adding and enrolling voluntary benefits extremely simple.
Your sold case will first be built in Colonial Life’s enrollment platform called Harmony. Once the group is added to Harmony, you will be able to sync sold plans, rates, benefits, eligibility, existing coverage, and more directly to EaseCentral with a simple Account Key – setup several lines in a matter of minutes!

Before You Begin (Common Errors):
Required Employee Information
- Be sure you have all required employee information imported before you begin. This will prevent errors with the existing coverage import, or during the enrollment experience. You can use the Colonial Life Required Fields Import Template for your convenience.
- Be sure to work with your Colonial Life representative or Harmony Coordinator to be sure Harmony is set up before you begin.
Import Existing Coverage
- Be sure that your import existing coverage to EaseCentral IMMEDIATELY after refreshing in Harmony. Failure to do so prior to employee access will cause existing coverage to be problematic.
- Be sure that self-enroll is enabled in Harmony. If it is not, the employee will get an error message when selecting “No” to “Is an agent assisting you?”
Colonial Life Personal Needs Fliers - can be shared with employers and employees to explain the Colonial Life plan options.
