ALE Status can quickly be determined by the message display on the Dashboard.
The ALE Calculator will calculate the number of Full-Time Employees plus the number of Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) Employees for the prior year to determine if the company is an applicable large employer. Hours worked must be imported for Part-Time, Variable-Hour and Seasonal employees in order to determine the FTE calculation.
Note: EaseCentral will only calculate the employees within the system to determine ALE status. Employers under the 50 FT + FTE total may still need to report if part of an Aggregated ALE or if offering Self-Funded plans.
