When an employee is in his/her new hire eligibility period they will see the Start New Hire Enrollment option when they log in on their dashboard which will walk them through their new hire election process step-by-step. EaseCentral will allow a new hire to enroll up until 30 days after their benefits effective date.



Employees can access a step-by-step User Guide for reference by selecting the HELP menu at the top and choosing Actions > User Guide.
