Previous Create Employee Import File


You can import demographic information, dependents and current benefit elections. When creating your import file, employees can be filtered by Active, Terminated, Leave or COBRA status by selecting the desired status located next to the employee search box.

1.    Select Employees from the left navigation bar.

2.    Click Actions.

3.    From drop menu, select Import Employees.

4.    Click Choose File and select the saved file from your computer.




5.    Click Start Import.

6.    View Test Run Results.



7.    If results match expectations, click Process and Finish Import.

  • The system acknowledges all successful imports and/or updates to employees and dependents
