2-Factor Authentication can be enforced for employees at companies. This advanced security requirement must be set by the broker.


  • Before enabling enforcement, discuss it with the company, ensure that all employees have the requisite information in their profiles/records.


To require employees of a company to use 2-Factor Authentication:

1.    Access the company for which you want to enforce 2FA.

2.    From Logins > Security, mark ENFORCE 2-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION?
