If an employee becomes eligible again, benefits eligibility may be reinstated.


Notes:

  • Once plan eligibility is reinstated, the employee's benefits need to be elected by either the employee or the Company Administrator. 


1.    In Employees > [employee] > Benefits, click Actions.

2.    Select Reinstate Benefits.



3.    Enter EVENT, EVENT DATE and DETAILS.

4.    Select plans for which to reinstate eligibility.

5.    Click Reinstate.
