Company administrators can generate a census to view all employee demographic information in one file. 


Notes:

  • This file will not include enrollment information.  


1.    Select Employees. 

2.    Click Actions. 

3.    Choose Generate Census. 


 

4.    Go to Reports > Generated Reports to access the file.  

  • Typically reports are generated in seconds.
    • An In Progress status will display if the report has not been completed. 
    • If the report is long it will take longer to generate.  
  • Census reports generated on a certain date can be accessed at any time in the future. 


 

 


Enrollment information can be found by generating an Enrollment Census.
